Returning or Exchanging an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return. Please note, undergarments, boxer shorts, socks, belts, wallets, money clips, backpacks, caps, muffler, deodorants and perfumes are not eligible for return. Apparels are to be returned in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. We are unable to initiate a return or issue a refund under following circumstances:

Please note if a promo code has been used to place the order, the value is divided up proportionately to the item price(s). We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:
Go to Customer Service Section on Website footer> Click on Return Orders> Enter details requested and create a return request Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled. Usually in such circumstances the executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If you return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure. Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be provided in terms of Spykar.com Wallet/Gift cards. Validity of the wallet money will be for 1 year from the date of accrual. Shipping charges for the Cash on Delivery orders will not be refunded in case of the return.

Item Damage During Shipment
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
Product Exchange policy is 7 days from date of delivered. To raise an Exchange you can Go to My account section, select the eligible product you want to return and then select the product you want it in exchange of it. Incase the new product value is higher, balance amount will be charged from the customer. Incase the value of exchanging product is lower, the difference amount will be provided as store credit, which can be used to shop in the future orders.
We currently accept India-issued debit, credit cards, net banking, Mobile wallets, COD & UPI.

If you receive an email claiming to be from Spykar asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
All prices shown are inclusive of GST in Sale & Non Sale and exclusive of any delivery costs. Products and prices which are offered in store might not be offered online, and vice versa. From time to time, we may offer additional discounts for purchases made online that do not apply in-store, and vice versa.
We currently only deliver to destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions as per pin codes. Delivery/COD fee can be added additionally as per the order value, payment mode on Spykar.com.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same. During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide.
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Customers will be required to sign in for all deliveries. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction). Our Customer Care team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you place your order.
If our shipping provider cannot make delivery to you at the provided shipping address, an additional attempt will be made the following business day. In case of a second failure to deliver, the parcel will be sent back and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. If your parcel has been sent back, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. Notify us within 24-48 hours if the product doesn't arrive despite the delivery message.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide an exchange if validated as faulty. Please provide your invoice receipt at the time of exchange.

We are unable to provide Cash/Card refund once the product is sold or billed at the retail stores.
