I requested for an exchange of size for the same product originally ordered, which was available at the time of raising the exchange request ticket. After the product was picked up for exchange, there was no communication at all ! Only on enquiring after about 2 weeks I was sent a credit vouche ! Thereafter I had to buy some other product & pay some extra differential amount. Thereafter the delivery of the newly ordered product was received within a few days.
